Mohamed Rayan
Chief Executive Officer
Mohamed Rayan is the Chief Executive Officer of RS Financial Services and the instructor of the Comprehensive Accountant workshop. A chartered accountant and tax expert with 15 years of experience in management, finance and taxation, he advises many companies in Egypt and the Gulf.
He has trained more than 10,000 accountants over 15,000+ hours of hands-on training at companies including Hassan Allam, Maximam, Contact, Pharma Zone, Mostafa El Sallab and Universal, as well as at RS. He is also a visiting instructor at Helwan, Ain Shams, Al-Azhar and Beni Suef universities.
In the Comprehensive Accountant workshop, juniors and seniors move beyond repeating “the same month 12 times”. They become accountants who understand what is behind the numbers, rather than simply entering data.

Why RS exists
We do not simply teach an accounting course. We put real company files in front of you (financial statements, invoices, returns and costs) and work through them with you until the skill is in your hands, not just in a book.
Skilled accountants are made by practice, not lectures. That is why every workshop is built on real work from operating companies, and every instructor is a chartered accountant who works in the market today, not an academic repeating slides.
