Terms and conditions

Last updated: · Version 1.1

If the English text and the Arabic text differ in any way, the Arabic version prevails.

Welcome to RS Financial Services. These terms govern the relationship between you and the platform. By registering an account you agree to them in full. If there is a point you do not agree with, do not use the platform. For any clarification, contact us at support@rspaac.com.

1. Description of the service

The RS Financial Services platform provides accounting training for accountants in Egypt, including:

  • Live training workshops in Cairo or online through Zoom.
  • Recorded online workshops, available to watch at any time after payment.
  • A professional accountants' community for questions, answers and sharing experience.
  • Completion certificates for the workshops you finish.
  • Free learning content on the blog.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register an account on the platform.
  • The information you enter must be true and correct. Any false information entitles us to delete the account without warning.
  • It is strictly forbidden to use another person's account, or to let anyone else use yours. Your account is your responsibility.
  • If your account is compromised or you notice suspicious activity, tell us immediately at support@rspaac.com.

3. Account and password

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Do not share it with anyone, even family members.
  • We treat any activity from your account as coming from you. If you see activity in the account log that is not yours, tell us immediately.
  • If you forget your password, use "Forgot password". A reset link is sent to your email and stays valid for 30 minutes only, for security reasons.

4. Payment and refunds

  • Payment methods: we accept Paymob (credit cards and e-wallets), Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, bank transfer and cash payment. All payments are in Egyptian pounds. Your card details are processed directly with Paymob, and we never see them.
  • Confirmation: after a successful payment you receive a confirmation email with the workshop details and your booking number. The workshop appears on your "My workshops" page (ورشي) immediately.
  • Refund policy: the terms and timing for refunding workshop fees depend on the type of workshop (live or recorded). See the cancellation and refund policy for the full details. It is the official reference for any refund request.
  • Requesting a refund: send an email to support@rspaac.com with the booking number and the reason for cancelling. We will reply within one business day.
  • Coupons and discounts: the discount is applied at payment. A coupon has an expiry date and a limited number of uses.

5. Live and recorded workshops

  • Live workshops: held at the announced dates. If you miss a session, we try to provide a recording, without any guarantee. Live attendance is the rule.
  • Changing dates: if we have to postpone or change a session date, we notify you by email at least 48 hours beforehand. If the new date does not suit you, you can request a full refund with no conditions.
  • Recorded workshops: available in your account for life after purchase. You can watch them an unlimited number of times.
  • Technical quality: the videos work on most modern devices and browsers. If a technical problem stops you from watching, we provide an alternative or a refund.

6. Intellectual property

  • RS content: all content (videos, slides, exercises, files, certificates, the trade name and the logo) is the exclusive property of RS Financial Services, protected by Egyptian and international intellectual property laws.
  • Personal use only: the workshops you buy are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, record or publish them on YouTube, Telegram or any other platform, or even show them to a colleague who has not bought them.
  • Watermark: the videos carry a watermark with your email to prevent leaks. If a recording from your account appears in a public place, your account is closed and we take legal action.
  • Your own content: the posts and comments you write in the community remain yours, but you give us a non-exclusive licence to display and archive them on the platform. You can delete them at any time.

7. Community conduct rules

The community exists so accountants can help each other. What is forbidden:

  • Harassment, insults, bullying, or any hate speech or discrimination.
  • Spam, advertising, or promoting competing services without permission.
  • Posting indecent content, or content protected by another company's intellectual property rights.
  • Asking for or posting other members' personal data without their consent.
  • Sharing paid workshop content with people who are not enrolled.
  • Offering paid professional accounting advice through the platform without a written agreement with us.

Penalty for a violation: warning → hiding the comment → temporarily suspending the account → permanently deleting the account, depending on the size of the violation and how often it is repeated.

8. Ending an account

  • Ending by you: you can ask to delete your account at any time by emailing support@rspaac.com. We delete it within 30 days (see the privacy policy for the legal exceptions).
  • Ending by us: we reserve the right to suspend or delete the account if you breach these terms, especially:
    • Attempts to leak paid content.
    • Repeated abusive behaviour in the community.
    • Attempts to defraud the platform or other members.
    • Using false or stolen data.
  • On termination: the workshops you paid for are removed from your account. Certificates already issued remain valid for verification. Payment records are kept for 5 years as required by law.

9. Limits of liability

  • The platform is provided "as is". We do our best to maintain its quality and availability, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption 100% of the time.
  • The learning content explains general accounting concepts. It is not a substitute for specialised accounting advice for your personal situation or your company.
  • We accept no liability for any financial loss resulting from a trainee applying the platform's information without suitable professional advice for their situation.
  • If a technical fault stops you from accessing a workshop you paid for, the maximum remedy is reopening the workshop or refunding its price, with no further compensation.
  • The maximum compensation on our side is the total you paid to the platform in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnity

If your use of the platform harms a third party (for example, you post stolen content in the community and its owners sue), you undertake to compensate RS for any legal costs resulting from your actions.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed exclusively by Egyptian law. Any dispute between the parties is first settled by dialogue; if it is not resolved, it is referred to the competent Egyptian courts in the city of Cairo.

12. Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms from time to time to keep up with legal and technical developments. We notify you of any material amendment by email at least two weeks before it applies. Your continued use of the platform after the amendment means you accept the new terms.

13. Contact and complaints

Any enquiry, complaint or request about these terms:

Your reading of the platform and access to it mean your full agreement to these terms. If you need any clause explained, write to us: we reply within one business day.
